Our History

 

Since 1995, our mother company MegaMe Srl, a registered company in Pistoia, Italy, has been a prominent international trading entity specializing in the distribution of Italian dairy products.

 

Key Milestones:

 

1995: Commencement of operations.

 

1999: Expansion of market presence through commercial collaborations with Estonian and Lithuanian dairy products.

 

2003: Entry into the Polish dairy product market, involving import and distribution of products from local factories.

 

2007: Diversification of product offerings through import and distribution of Greek dairy products throughout Italy.

 

 

2011: 

Initial international export to Asia.

Securing exclusive agreements with Belgian dairy factories, representing them in the Italian market.

 

2012: Relocation of headquarters to Montecatini Terme, Italy.

 

2013: 

Expansion of global reach through exports to Africa and ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems.

Establishment of a dairy manufacturing and processing plant in Acconia, Italy, specializing in Italian cheese varieties.

 

2014: 

Enhancement of quality standards through ISO 22000 certification.

Commencement of production of Block Mozzarella Cheese.

Launch of private labels: “Gran Maestro Cheese, Alpremo Cheese, Vegamia, and Ana’s Cheese.”

 

2015: 

The company introduced its international clientele to a diverse range of Italian dairy products under the Gran Maestro Cheese brand.

Additionally, we expanded our market reach to North America with our inaugural export.

 

2016: 

The company obtained the HACCP certification, ensuring the safety and quality of its products. Furthermore, we embarked on our first export to South America. Production of Grated Italian Type Hard Cheese commenced.

 

2017: We secured the Halal certification, aligning our products with the dietary requirements of Muslim consumers.

 

2018: 

Our first export was made to Oceania.

Production of Italian Type Hard Cheese flakes commenced.

 

2019: 

We produced our first Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

Production of Diced Mozzarella Cheese commenced, and we initiated the production of Imitation Cheese.

 

2020: 

We established a dairy manufacturing and processing plant for European Cheese types in Bolu, Türkiye.

Additionally, we produced our first Block Kashkaval Cheese. Production of Vegan and Plant-Based Cheese commenced.

 

2021: 

Production of Block Edam Cheese commenced, followed by the production of our first Block Gouda Cheese, Block Emmental Cheese, and Block Maasdam Cheese.

 

2022: 

Production of Block White and Red Cheddar Cheese commenced.

We participated as an exhibitor at SIAL 2022 in Paris, France. Production of Shredded Edam Cheese commenced, and we initiated the production of Shredded Gouda Cheese.

 

2023: We participated as an exhibitor at Marca 2023 in Bologna, Italy.

 

2024:

Relocated our headquarters to Genoa, Italy.

Commenced production of Diced White and Red Cheddar Cheese.

Initiated production of Shredded Maasdam.

 

2025:

Commenced production of Block and Sliced Goat Cheese.

Established a Sales and Marketing Office in Monsummano Terme to enhance our service to local and global clients.
